Understanding

At the HSP meeting yesterday I met another HSS, it was an amazing experience because for once I felt the bubbling energy that comes with this. Not only was it a very forceful bubbling energy but it was a strong sexual one.

The reaction was odd, in that like a magnet I felt a strong sense of competitiveness, to be the most colourful the most vibrant, but I quickly subdued that and decided to make friends. We were friendly, but the strong sense of competition remained.

It has given me a tremendous insight into why I have experienced such difficulties getting along with other women, the vibration is so strong that it is overwhelming, similar to that of having to smell someones perfume - it is forced on you and it is difficult to get away from.

I have learnt quite a few things about my Empathic skills and reducing my vibrations before going into the workplace or small enclosed places, might help me to prevent overwhelming people which can cause them to be resentful and irritated.

I can also use my skills to create a positive nurturing environment around people as I am able to radiate my emotional state to others, (hence the irritation when i am in my heightened excitable state!)

This has been a fascinating experience, hopefully I will meet with this other HSS, and I will discover more. You can easily spot HSS as they always dress more colourfully and love anything novel.

It has also helped me understand why I find bookshops so exciting, as books offer lots of potential experiences, the same goes for all shops really. It was a calming experience going into fabric land understanding that I could control my reaction to the stimulus, that I don't have to grab every opportunity, fabric or object that takes my fancy. It is all about resisting the impulse, something that I should hopefully master in time.
